Content Creator – TikTok & Instagram Reels (Contract)
Andrew Exler Marketing is seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to develop engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels content for clients and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is well-versed in short-form video storytelling, and has a strong understanding of social media trends. A plus if you are located in Pittsburgh, PA.
The is a contracted role with a flexible schedule that may need occasional night and weekend availability for on-location shoots and real-time content creation based on location.
Role Responsibilities:
Plan, film, and edit TikTok and Instagram Reels content, tailored to client needs and trends.
Collaborate with Andrew to develop creative concepts and strategies for short-form video campaigns.
Stay informed about trending audio, hashtags, and formats on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Attend occasional in-person events to capture live content (if in Pittsburgh).
Develop scripts and storyboards for client approval when needed.
Work closely with clients to ensure content aligns with their branding and messaging.
Monitor engagement metrics and provide reports on the performance of content, suggesting improvements based on insights.
Occasionally assist in repurposing content for other social media platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience creating TikTok and Instagram Reels content, with examples of successful projects or campaigns.
Strong video editing skills, with proficiency in apps like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar tools.
Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and best practices for short-form video platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and detail.
Located in the Pittsburgh area a plus.
Familiarity with basic marketing principles is a plus.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
